Your legal rights

When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Our policy 

In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original receipt within applicable days according to the nature of product purchased and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. For the faulty item business should be informed asap as the fault been find out, Also because of the nature of products E-liquid are non returnable until unless there is a manufacturing fault.Any return or exchange must be unused and in brand new condition.   • In case of any fault one must report the issue within 48 hours by emailing us at
  • All returns must be sent to the address mentioned  on our websites.
  • We appreciate if you find any faulty item  please notify us ASAP.
  • We only accept returns on kits and e-cig if it is returned within 28 days of your purchase with proof of purchase and in original condition and  packaging.
  • Return Policy do not cover shipping cost.
  • We do not cover the cost on any returns item will be sent out to us.
  • Broken security seals and opened original packaging do not count as original condition and cannot be entertained under our return policy.
  • After missing the deadline of replacement we regret that we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement goods. 

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless you received wrong items. If you receive the wrong items or an item Please send us to our Returns address after contacting us.

Upon receiving of your return, we will inspect and test your claim. If found defective, we will gladly send out a replacement of the original items as long as the product is available. If the product is not available, you will receive exchange or credit note. Each returned product must include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging etc including accessories cover like plugs and cables.


 Vape Kits 

  • Vape Kits can be returned within 28 days from the date of purchase.
  • All parts must be intact and copy of original invoice is crucial for return.
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.
  • After 28 days of purchase we won’t take any responsibility as per products distributor's policy.

Coils & Tanks

  • Coils and Tanks can only be returned if they are unused with original packaging intact.
  • Return Policy do not cover used products like coils, and tanks because of hygiene, health and safety issue.
  • Coils and Tanks should be return to us within one week from the date of purchase in its original packaging.


  • We don't accept any return or replacement  on our e-liquids due to hygiene & safety purpose.

Faulty Products

  • In Case of receiving faulty products you have 2 days from receiving goods in which to report it.
  • Parcels or items damaged in transit must be reported to Brave Heart Juice between working hours the next working day following delivery by email within 2 days.
  • Please contact us or email and we will guide you about the process of returning products.
  • You may also required to complete a Returns Form. 

Non-Faulty Products

In Case of change of mind about non-faulty products our return policy do not cover return of items If

  • Items are personalized, made to order or customized in any way.
  • Unsealed or damaged product packaging or components.
  • Perishable Products.
  • The non-faulty product does not arrive us in a resalable condition.
